College Recruiting

For recent college graduates or students currently enrolled in an accounting program, Hancock & Dana offers a challenging, flexible environment.
Training consists of continuing professional education classes, group meetings with situational topics, orientation programs, and monthly HD University seminars to increase staff technical proficiencies. Many software applications are used in public accounting, which is why our firm offers and encourages training to gain mastery as appropriate. In addition, CPA exam reimbursement is one of our employee benefits.
Our internship program allows you to work around your class schedule, with only a minimum of 20 hours per week during January through April. We appreciate our staff members’ efforts and they appreciate our flexibility.
Internship qualifications:
  • Students should be junior or senior standing and working on an accounting degree toward the 150-hour CPA requirement
  • Minimum 3.00 GPA
Whether your goal is to be a tax or audit associate, you’ll work directly with partners and staff on key projects for a variety of clients and industries.
