Sean T. Mullen, JD
With more than 25 years of public accounting service, Sean is a principal and shareholder of Hancock & Dana.
He provides tax and management/financial consulting including tax consultation and planning, transaction structuring/consulting, valuation issues/litigation support, estate/family wealth planning and general business/financial planning.
In addition, he has been engaged in numerous litigation issues and has testified as the designated expert involving a broad range of business disputes.
